These terms cover your use of traversica.com (the "Site") and the paid custom itinerary (the "Itinerary"). Traversica is operated by Blackbox Tools. By using the Site or buying an Itinerary, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The short version. The Itinerary costs $49 once, not a subscription. It is generated from your answers and saved to your free Traversica account, where you can edit it. You can request a full refund within 7 days for any reason. Refunding removes the Itinerary from your account. Opening hours, prices and whether a place is still open can change, so check before you travel.
When you buy an Itinerary you answer a short set of questions about your destination, trip length, interests, travel style and pace. We then generate a day-by-day plan from our database of real, hand-checked places, routed geographically and given suggested times.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing diego@djcordova.com from the address you bought with. You do not have to justify the request.
If something has gone wrong, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We would much rather fix it or refund you directly, and we answer quickly.
We take real care with our data, but travel information changes constantly. We cannot guarantee that:
Always check directly with a venue before you rely on it, especially for anything that needs a booking, a timed ticket or a long journey. The Itinerary is a suggestion, not a reservation or a guarantee.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Do not share an account in order to share a purchased Itinerary. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to break or overload the Site.
Our guides, place database, descriptions and generated plans are our intellectual property, except where third-party material is credited. You may use your Itinerary for your own personal travel, including sharing it with people you are travelling with. You may not resell it, republish it, or scrape, bulk-copy or redistribute our place database or guide content.
Some links on the Site are affiliate links, including tour and activity links. If you book through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which places we recommend or how the planner orders your days.
Guides, saved places, My Trips and the free auto-planner are provided as-is. We may change or discontinue free features at any time. Paid Itineraries already in your account are not affected by changes to free features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traversica and Blackbox Tools are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or an Itinerary, including missed attractions, closures, travel disruption or costs incurred while travelling. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a purchase you have already made; the terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
